We are Occupational Therapy students from Kean University conducting research titled, “Exploring Supports and Barriers Experienced by Latinx/Hispanic Occupational Therapy Practitioners in Leadership Positions.” Our study aims to explore the experiences of Hispanic or Latinx occupational therapy leaders, with a focus on identifying the supports and barriers they have encountered throughout their leadership journeys.
